Then they only give us a townhouse. I want an equivalent to the Princely Dawnlight Palace! They skimped for the high elves. Please offer better for gold house purchases.
It seems they hired High Elves to build Summerset city and then outsourced the ship and cave to an Orc who had never left his village! He did not know just how elegant and sophisticated high elves are.
Overall, we need more high quality High Elf items throughout the game.

From what I have read in various places, The townhouse will cost around 1 mil gold, And probably 6-8k crowns.

It would be a rip off. Compare what you can get for 1 mil: Amaya Lake Lodge or Hundings Palatial Hall. And some small townhouse for 1 mil? Nah, I would consider price around 400-500k gold or 5-6k crowns more suitable

People have been begging for a ship since housing came out. Some even found a hole in Daggerfall Overlook that let them furnish a ship.
Others have been asking for more non-notable homes.
Yet when ZoS chooses to short the dirty elves a notable in favor of meeting some of those wishes, the horror!
