I've "used" several of these...but I can't find the results anywhere. Where do they go when cracked or whatever?

They'll be in your currency menu, used at transmutation stations.

They give you transmutation crystals which is a currency. You can have as many as 200 transmutation crystals f you are eso plus and 100 if you aren't.
