Your suggestion needs to be something equally as good as the crafting bag. People have been asking for handouts in this game since shortly after it became a B2P model, but they never have a suggestion for what ZOS could do to keep up optional subs. The alternative would be even more things becoming crown only items, coupled with less creative DLCs (after the inevitable employee purge to make up for the lost revenue), mixed with higher crown store prices, because why wrack your brain (as ZOS marketing department), when the answer is right in front of you.

You must've overlooked it or not read through the thread. I'll recap for you. I've concluded with others that adding it to the crown store for a substantial amount, and to have a major gold increase to go along with the sub would be the best method for solving the problem you think your beneficiary would face. I love This game, and all Bethesda products. Zenimax did a great job, so I don't want to hinder any long term quality improvements for ESO; but, again, this game could be something very special to many more players if they made the crafting bag available through means outside of ESO Plus. Zenimax should keep the bag in ESO Plus; Just give us a way to purchase it with crowns also.

Will not happen, as pointed out, it's essentially they're biggest selling point; and a primary reason why a lot of people subscribe. The 10% boosts and double bank space are also nice, but the crafting bag is the glue that holds everything together for membership.
They do already have, somewhat, of a compromise in storage furniture for sell in the crown store and/or for tel var stones.
As I said, there needs to be something of equal value added to ESO+, but you suggested something that isn't even close. I would cancel my account, and I think many others would, too. I don't need more gold.

I think it would be illogical to try to replace the infinite with something finite (storage containers)...
If you want it, break-down and sub....

how about an ongoing cost of 1500 crowns per month unless subbed. i think i could live with that.
Why they can't just make a 500 stack one for free and unlimited for ESO+ is beyond me..
Honestly before ESO+ i totally ignore mats completely treated crafting and mats like they didn't exist because my bags couldn't fit them..
That insanely poor game mechanics.. when customers must ignore huge parts of the game.

1500 CROWNS directly applicable to ESO+ subscribers...

Honestly, right out of the box, they should have made the Craft Bag part of the base game and let subscribers use the Merchant and Banker without buying them while subbed.

Remove the craft bag, you lose my sub
The only way they could possibly sell the craft bag separately and not lose ESO+ members is to stuff it into a crown crate with the drop rate less than those radiant apex mounts and also make it so you can't buy them with gems.

There aren’t as many subscribers as you all would like to believe. Consider the focus is on the crown store not eso plus for the last two+ years.
