How much does the Wood Elf Sneak passive effect the sneak damage?

I've been debating on race changing my Wood Elf to either a Redguard or Imperial, but I've been wondering if I would notice the loss of a 10% damage bonus in stealth.

or something relate to bow damage, pick pocket chance/result boost would be nice as well..0 -

✭Ask yourself this. How often do you attack from stealth and how important are those attacks?
For me overall, stealth attacks account for maybe 1% of my attacks, 10% of that would be 0.1% of my damage. In PvP that extra boost can be the difference between a successful gank or a failure. In PvE I think stealth attacks account for pretty much none of my damage unless I'm just goofing around.
I personally prefer the sustain that Redguards provide over Bosmer passives.
