Golden Vendor
Hi, I'm currently at Cyrodiil for the first time and can't see the Golden Vendor. Is there something I need to do before he appears? Thanks in advance.

Jokes aside, give it a little bit. Sometimes the vendor needs to rest before getting to their final destination of cyrodil ^<^0 -
