Do you get transmute crystals in PVP if you play on guest campaign? Either the ones you get the same night or the weekly ones you get once a week?

No to end of campaign rewards. They only on Home campaign. Get yourself to tier 1 score, end of campaign you get the 50 (on a 30 day)

Yes to the first ROTW mail you get on that account per day will have the chance of a few cystals.

So best way, rotate all your alts through their home campaign to 25k AP, wait 30 days, profit.
