Battlehorn Castle and Wizard's Tower would be located in PvP zone Cyrodiil so very unlikely they'll ever turn up. Thieves Den is on the Gold Coast so it's a possibility, but with the old Dark Brotherhood sanctuary home added outside Kvatch and serving a similar audience I see the Thieves Den being overlooked. As for Vile Lair, we'll have to wait for Blackwood to become accessible, but again the old DB sanctuary I just mentioned serves a similar purpose, albeit without the vampire part.
