In the vein that people somehow think jumping should cost stamina, we can go the realism route here too.
Characters will have the “major need” debuff applied if they didn’t visit a toilet in the last 4 hours, reducing damage, healing and blocking by 50%.
Crown Store exclusive toilet furnishings for your own home, extending the time to 8 hours. Crown crates have radiant apex toilets, extending the time to 24 hours.
On the world toilet day, all toilet furnishings are 30% cheaper. Wouldn’t that be awesome.
As I've never seen anyone urinating in ESO, unlike in Age of Conan, or defecating, I assume they have no need for such things. I dread to think of the additional possibilities for role-players if there were toilets, however.
There are actually some NPC's in Hew's Bane (females) who urinate against the wall like a man
Dont take a screenshot of them and post it here though because for some odd reason it's a bannable offence, don't ask me why oO

So You can be banned by posting a picture of something thats In The Game. WTFondue.
that is insane. I cant even. This game has mass murder Bags and Sacks of flesh sewn together. Dieties of torture sex and all around evil. Theft. Lies. Torture.
But if you post a picture of an npc peeing you get banned.
honestly Im more offended at the torture luxury vendor stuff or those ghastly Briarheart trees. then of someone doing what nature demands.
really why is death and torture more acceptable then something Billions of people all do.
