✭✭✭✭✭ESO is my fourth or later Elder Scrolls GameSkyrim. I tried playing Oblivion but it's just too old for me to handle, just the in-game map was not user friendly at all. But a fan team are remaking the entirety of Oblivion (and Morrowind) using Skyrim's Engine, so that may be in my future.
Well, you gave up too fast on Oblivion - with a couple of mods you would get it to a state, where it would be acceptable. Don't forget that ZOS started development of ESO right after Oblivion came out - so a lot is actually pretty similar. I wonder what exactly is "too old" for you with it - are those it's character models?- Gameplay isn't unlike that in ESO, so it can't be that.0 -

Install from 3.5 disks and XMS/EMS memory configuration to play all games. So easy to install now. But most games had less bugs, update being available only with magazines a few months after.
But I stop here with my memories

Darrett✭✭✭✭ESO is my fourth or later Elder Scrolls GamePlayed a little of Arena but Daggerfall was my first real entry into the series. Tried Morrowind in 2002, but I wasn’t a big fan. Took me until just before Oblivion to run through it, though I’ve played through a lot of times by now.
Daggerfall > Morrowind > Skyrim > Oblivion > Redguard > Battlespire for me, though Skyrim and Oblivion would be equal were it not for that unfortunate Mannimarco incident.0 -
