1) Hubris of taking $59.xx and $15 or $20 per month after that for a 100% online license... just because you can. (Oh wait, the CEO has to do that otherwise be sued for negligence by the shareholders... at least that is the current bullcrap in vogue right now.)
2) Reneging on providing services as promised so your loyal customers can actually benefit from you raking in so much money from "XX Million" beta testers as you blatantly tout in all of your updates.
3) Hiding, providing no information, internally blaming the sys admins and later publicly blaming hackers for not providing services.
4) Making our licence useless.
Let me do the napkin math here. 10,000,000 x average sale price of $50 (conservatively) = $500,000,000 on launch. Then around $200,000,000 monthly...
Only problem is. You promised us you would deliver and now it turns out your impotent when it counts.
Look at how Hawken was rolled out. Consistently under-promising and OVER DELIVERING. Now that is a class act. Something people used to say about your brands. Something I will go out of my way to let people know DOES NOT apply to Bethesda Software and Elder Scrolls any more.
Being capitalists earning capital by providing good faith products and services is one thing. Being greedy *** because you dominate a market and frankly can and then hiding and blaming others for your inability to deliver and behavior is disgusting and why so many are losing faith. Congrats! Your on track to beat the SIM City and Battlefield 4 launches! Maybe you will be banned in China next week!
Warm Regards,
