Why does someone kicked from group come back in the group?

So, The vote passed to kick the awful tank from group.

And then group finder replaces the tank with the guy that was just kicked. For being bad. Makes no sense.

Even tried to explain general build techniques such as using a sword and shield or maybe an ice staff. Inner fire or puncture maybe.

I dont know man. Could you even effectively tank fungal grottoor spindleclutch with a bow and 2H?

So yeah. Uh. Nerf sorcs?

I guess it means that you kicked a bad tank. 15 minutes pass with absolutely zero tanks entering the queue. Old tank requeues when his penalty is up. He's the only one in the queue. You win!

But to answer your question, some people can tank just fine for Fungal Grotto and Spindleclutch with a bow and 2h, but I highly doubt a newer player will be able to do it with any success.

I rarely kick but if I do I ensure they already also added to my ignore list (and depending on the reason for kicking potentially my guilds ban list) that wayou I don't get grouped with them again.

Vote to kick doesn't seem to work like this, because we did Darkshade caverns vet, and had the same awful tank pop up FOUR TIMES in less than half an hour.

Sometimes the best way to learn in this game is to die a few times. Then get frustrated and try to figure out why and correct it. Problem is, that lesson takes longer to sink in on some than on others.

This is sort of funny.

It is like what you do with a child. Ok you have been sitting in the corner for 15 minutes, are you ready to be good?

Anyway the timer starts when the dungeon starts so if you give the tank a decent chance to tank the timer is probably up. So you boot him, he requeues and bingo, you have yourself a new/old tank!

The second time you boot, hes in limbo for 15 mins. The first time, you guys probably spent close to 15 mins just playing.

Chances are you will get a new tank after second booting.

If you’re booted there is no penalty. Only for quitting.

If I get placed into a dungeon where 3 ppl are stuck on boss I asked to be kicked and I can que again no problem.

Yeah, I had enough frustration. I left group. It’s a little awkward tell someone how bad they are. Kick em out. And they come right back in like a boomerang

Pretty sure RDF doesn't care about your ignore list - that only affects chat and mail.

OP, kick a second time, then give it a few before insta-queueing. That way he moves onto a different group and you get an alternate replacement.

This happened to me in a group. Got vote kicked out of vFG2 after the 2nd boss for seemingly no reason (pulling 38k+ DPS over the light attack bow spammer in the group) get thrown right back into the exact same group.

Get back to group location which is just past the tunnel and I just stand there. Tank dies to the trash and it takes them a good 10 minutes to kill the mobs. I'm glad they kicked me again cause it was clear I'd carried them at that point but I did report them for abusing the vote kick option so whatever.

Yeah say that after you run healers through dungeons. I hate when people fake tank because their laziness makes my job a lot harder. I have to try to keep people healed with *** beating the hell out of me constantly.

Yeah the group system in this game is kind of twisted...
Leave a group of all dps in a vet dungeon everyone’s been running for over an hour and getting nowhere = you get a 15 min queue lock.

Kick a player that is absolutely awful and yeah, the same player comes back again and again and again.

And yeah, i have been on the other side of this and it is frustrating when ppl kick you before anyone even starts doing damage due to cp or whatever, but to do vet content the basics of this (indeed any) game have to be followed; if you’re tanking, make sure you’ve got taunts and enough hp/resistance to survive, if you’re healer make sure you’ve got heals, if you’re dps make sure you’ve actually got a dps build (thinking back to two days ago when we had a Sorc in vBC2 and he literally spammed mages wrath and light attacked on everything from 100%hp
