If we see it as future content, there had better be Imga in it. It's quite irritating going through the entirety of Valenwood and not seeing a single one.
Falinesti resides in the land of "too complicated to add to our game".
In all seriousness, we know from the game Rajhin has Falinesti(or at least he claims to). The Psyjics would definitely know exactly where it is.
p.s. Since when are we able to visit Arteaum in the game?

I think Falanesti is being saved for a future DLC, could come with a lot of bosmer motifs, furniture, things etc etc.
Since it is referenced in lore and in all of valenwoods zones in game, would be an ace zone for us to explore. Would be a smaller zone like Clockwork CIty.
Will be an interesting addition to the game. Plus the lore behind it all is ace.
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/General:Matt_Firor_&_Rich_Lambert_Summerset_InterviewAlarra: Are there any chances of seeing any of those [Imga and Falinesti] in the future?
Matt Firor: Never say never, but probably not. We have our hands full right now doing as much stuff as we can, so, like, that stuff, Bethesda needs to do that. Because that's really taking things from the old lore, and bringing it forward-
Alarra: Yeah, and showing something we haven't actually seen, in-game for the first time, that's big.
Matt Firor: Yeah. So we'll leave that up to them.

That would've been great, but it won't happen.http://en.uesp.net/wiki/General:Matt_Firor_&_Rich_Lambert_Summerset_InterviewAlarra: Are there any chances of seeing any of those [Imga and Falinesti] in the future?

It's tempting to assume that the migration of Falinesti and the appearance/disappearance of Artaeum have a similar mechanism. Either could be subverted by an entity with sufficient magical powers.
