it wasn't applying to all class skills

It's fixed. It wasn't affecting some class heals, but that's fixed now. I've been running it on my mDK and it's super good.

I'm currently using mech acuity which is very good for burst..I'm just considering giving innate axiom a go as would be more sustained dmg

Works for MagPlar, tested it a couple weeks ago myself. The problem is the bad shape so many Templar skills are in at the moment - Especially if you want to go for damage. MagPlar DDs currently rely on destro staff for a very large chunk of their damage, which isn't boosted by Axiom.
