When I read the discussion's title I somehow knew it must be you based on your past discussions about multiple master angler completions.
I have only one master angler character and I'm aware of the difficulty to complete this achievement.
Completing it 15 times requires a lot of patience.

When i had only the DLC zones left to do on 2 characters, i felt really burnt out but i stuck with it

✭There was one other poster who posted that they had got master anglers on all 15 toons (might have been 14 since it was probably before the added toon slot)... He broke down all the data as well....can't find link right now...but that being said.... Congrats...I have Master angler on my first toon...and I will never go through that grind again...you are a fisher man amongst fisher boys...1 -

Since that post i gained 1 more Master Angler and all the DLC fishing achievements on all 15 characters too

Nice job! Have only seen 4-5 people so far having completed it in 2014.
I can't say for sure that this is the first MA, but it could be since 8/5/2014 was the first day it was possible. Took at least a couple of months before I saw another one on EU. But who knows what's out there. Also, no clue about NA.0 -
