graphics issues after a recent crash

My game crashed all the way to restart and I had to re-log into the NA Server. I also had to re-agree to all the EULA stuff.
Now when I logged back on the graphics are all glitchy. I ran the game consultant, they said there's nothing wrong. Any ideas? Or is this gonna be a new patch....

Do you have issues with any other games?

After recent patch I get crashes after playing for 10-20 min. There are also some graphic distortions, it's like a bit of the lighting is over exposed.

I used to play ESO just fine but then I took a patch to the knee.

Sounds like your usersettings.ini file is corrupted. Delete that file from your game folder and restart the game. It should create a new file. You'll need to reset all your video and audio settings also as that info is saved in that file.

Just ran Skyrim and no problems. I have a good graphics card NVidia 1080 FTW.. The graphics are like running in horizontal like chunks. Real blotchy looking and like not in sync. I don't know how to describe it.

About the usersettings.txt file I suggest that when you have all settings like you want you take a backup of it, and make it read only. That way you'll prevent ESO making any changes to it. (Though if their EULA changes etc and you'll need to manually set the new value for each changed EULA entry, or remove the read-only option from the file; or else you'll have to agree to the new EULA on every load).
