Why do I not have access to my digital deluxe stuff on EU?

I purchased the game a long time ago and have the digital deluxe on the NA server but I do not have access to any of the DLC or the deluxe stuff on EU. I have a friend that i play with on EU and he has all of his stuff on both NA and EU and he did not purchase it again. Can someone please help? Thank you
