I’ve been zerged for the last 4 hours. It’s unpleasant to play in this state. People are leaving because it’s unpleasant making the situation worse.
If there was a time penalty to join the server if there was more than one bar difference would help.

What they really need to do to fix it is let people have a home campaign for emp scoring...but let them play whatever campaign they want otherwise...why only 2 campaigns? makes no sense at all, If my home campaign is unpleasant to play for whatever reason I should be able to play anywhere else I want, not be restricted to one guest campaign4 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's not DC or EPs fault that there is no AD presence on your server, and those factions should not be punished with a campaign lockout because of low yellow pop. That is a great way to discourage everyone from ESO PvP.
The solution is within your hands. I speak from experience when I acknowledge that it sucks to be badly outnumbered, to not even be able to take back your tri-keeps without being zerged down by huge numbers. DC on na PC lived like that for a long time before the pendulum swung (too far) in our direction. The answer is to rally your own side, not to ask Zeni to oppress your enemies.
Create or join strong guilds committed to bringing glory to the Dominion in the face of adversity. Recruit from pve zones and host PvP trainings for them. Run with coordinated groups, have fun, and build loyalty. I can only speak for PC/NA, and thus suggest that you try Vivec if you want a campaign where the populations of all three factions are fairly active at most times of the day.1 -

My point was that in PC/NA Vivec, all three factions have a high enough population to have organized guilds or zerg present for most of the day.
Unlike, say, PC/NA Shor, where pop imbalances often mean that only one faction is zerging.3 -

This a tail wagging the dog solution, it’s not my job to fix inherent problems in the game. I am part of the biggest guild and we can’t compete with this type of imbalance. This is talking about making the game playable , not oppressing anyone.

Kind of defeats the whole purpose of PvP if everyone just switches to the most populous faction leaving no one to actually fight on the other factions doesn't it? And campaign choices are pretty limited. 1 thirty day CP, 1 thirty day non-CP (empty 24/7 on PS4), 1 seven day CP (rewards not as good as 30 day) and a thirty day sub level 50 no CP. Put a little thought into your flippant dismissals, so they're not so, well, flippant.
