Put most of the commonly used letters together:
    the vowels + Y
    R, S, T, N, H
    L, D, C, F, M
    the rest of them

QWERTY may be good for finger typing. It sucks for controller typing.

You’ll probably get hate for that, but I believe this is unequivocally true. I have every skin and personality from DLC dungeons after two-three weeks of PUGGING and meeting/ chatting/ friending players on console from my switch back about a month ago. GL doing that on PC.

Those are a bannable offense, and it just shows that pc has way more things compared to console, both good and bad.

console is a sub par computer with no utility other then games, that's the truth, everytime i hear an argument about why consoles are better, they never talk about how console is actually superior, but rather talk about how pc has some things that are not good, and make it as an argument about why console it's better, although it just shows that computers are more versatile, and you don't really have an argument about consoles, because deep down, you know pc is better..

Pc, has better graphics, better framerate, better utility, more precise controls, do i need to go on?

And by the way, the only reason why consoles don't have those things is because you can't really do that on consoles unless you are someone who is very good with technology, you might take it as a pro, i take it as a sign that you can do a lot less stuff on console.

I have 6 PCs I can do "other" things on as well as game, occupational hazard.
In spite of better specs and performance your hardware doesn't make you a better gamer.

Yes, better specs and performance doesn't guarantee that you will be a better player, but information you can get on the pc that you can't on consoles like combat metrics, and actually testing stuff, that does indeed help.

Look, make all the arguments you want about consoles, how they make you a better player because you have less information and you have to "actually" learn, it's all bs, and doesn't change the reality of the fact that pc allows you for far better gameplay, and general knowledge, do you think that most of the things that were discovered about mechanics, and not just in this game were discovered on console? Where you have less information? No .

In terms of outright performance PC IMO wins out, but only if you're willing to invest in the hardware to be able to do so.

Console wins in terms of accessibility / pick up and play.

PC wins in terms of graphics and loading times (hardware dependant)

I think it all depends how you like to play, I don't have a controller for my PC at the moment so am stuck with Board + Mouse which no doubtably I would prefer for PVP but for PVE content, general questing or other non-competitive and casual gameplay I would prefer to be on the sofa linked to my big TV and using a controller!

After playing on PS4 being nearly CP 1000 and the opportunity to play on the pts, I'm now considering switching to pc completely and starting all over again.

Stability and performance on PC is way better & obviously you have the option to customize nearly everything to your needs with add ons.

Plus I have the feeling that the PC community is bigger even if people tell something different.

    There are inconveniences, no doubt.

But it simply feels like a more expert version of the game because it is without amenities and everyone has exactly the same rig.

I’m an old PC guy going back decades so I’m not actually saying it is a more expert version, only how it feels to me having done both at length. The advantages of the PC are legion.

But if challenge, equality, and convenience as far as taking your rig places etc are top priorities - PS4.

Joking right? lol I'm sure there would still be die hards playing/paying.
I left pc for ps4 hell of a lot less bugs memory leaks and hardware compatibility issues etc. And players cant use addons to play the game for them so its a nice change.

I feel this is something maybe only some experience? I've never experienced bugs, memory leaks or hardware compatibility on PC. Sounds more like someone with novice PC building experience putting together a PC incorrectly. Or a novice overclocker...

Its all to do with hardware. An older PC or lower end one has a harder time compensating for flaws in the game engine, memory leaks, etc. A high end pc can use its hardware to compensate, to a degree, for bad software. That is why some people dont have issues while others do.

Also some people are like my wife who never closes anything and has 56 tabs open and 23 programs( only counting the ones that are on the taskbar )

You are making an assumption that it would evolve the same. You also assume PS4 and Xbox werent always in the plans. They likely were. Even the new PS4 Pro is inferior to my $1000 9 year old PC. Gamespot built a PC with the same hardware used in a PS4 Pro and here is a little comparison:

    * Processor Comparison:( higher numbers are better performance)
-PS4 Pro=AMD 8 core( AMD FX-8350 was used) benchmark of 8949, single thread benchmark of 1509
    - PC = Intel i7-8700 benchmark of 15264, single thread of 2627
    - My 9 year old pc = Intel i7-7700 benchmark of 10780 single thread of 2349

Conclusion: PS4 pro is about a decade behind in processor capability. Not even able to surpass my 9 year old intel.

    *Ram Comparison:
    - PS4 Pro comes with 8 GB of shared GDDR5
    - New PC: 8GB of ram is considered low end. 16GB is standard for any decent computer with max at 32 GB.
    - My 9 year old PC = 8 GB DDR3
Conclusion: PC has dedicated Ram for processing and dedicated ram for graphics. PS4 has to use GDDR for both. PC wins even my 9 year old PC has it beat.

    *HDD comparison:
    -PS4 Pro= 1TB
    - New PC = 1 TB is standard low end. Decent PCs either have 2 TB or SSD/HDD combo or Optane card/HDD combo. 1 Tb is pretty much the smallest non solid state drive you can get.
    - My 9 Year old PC = 1 TB raid0 HDD
Conclusion: 1TB HDD in raid0 config offers much better performance than a standard 1 TB HDD. Adding an optane card or SSD drive of newer PCs blows that 1 TB drive away.

    *Graphics card:
    - PS4 Pro runs the equivalent of an AMD RX480 at 4.2 Tflops
    - New PC = standard on a decent PC is a GTX1060 with 3GB dedicated GDDR5 at 4.4Tflops.
    - My 9 year old PC = GTX650 1 TB with less than 1 tflops.
Conclusion: PS4 has me beat here. I was limited when i bought my card a few years ago to replace the original and couldnt get a beefier card without making other hardware changes i didnt want to do. But for about $150 my rig could once again surpass that of PS4 pro. The RX480 performs 90% as good as the GTX1060 in Benchmarks. So not quite as well.

Gamespots homebrew PS4 Pro achieved 50 FPS at 2160p, which they thought was awesome. Ask a PC player how awesome 50 FPS is. We consider that to be lag.

    *Price:
    - PS4 Pro is $400 on Amazon. PS4 was also $400. They were released 3 years apart so figure every 3-4 years you have to upgrade too keep up. About $100 a year
    - A based the "new decent pc" above on one that cost about $1000.
    - My PC cost $1000 9 years ago plus had a $100 graphics card installed.
    - Conclusion: If you keep your consoles upgraded. Consoles are slightly better priced but use greatly inferior technology. So you are trading a little bit of savings for much worse quality.

    * Other notes:

-PC has far more uses than just gaming. I use mine for my business including 3d renderings for customers.
-PC offers far more options for input devices.
    - You can run multiple clients of games on PC. For example i use to run 3 clients of EVE at the same time on mine.
    - You dont have to buy a new PC to upgrade to something newer. Slap a new graphics card in or more RAM and your good to go for a couple more years. Desktops are plug and play for all their parts so its easy to upgrade yourself.
    - And of course the addon argument as well the ability to use other programs while you play giving PC infinitely more possibilities than consoles.

Just because something is cheaper doesnt mean its a better bang for your buck. Its better to buy something more expensive and buy it less often than to buy something cheaper and have to replace it constantly. I tell people who buy low end pcs that all the time. If you would just spend $300 more that PC would last you twice as long. But some people like throwing their money away.

All said and done consoles are inferior outdated technology( sort of like Apple products) that are overpriced for what you get. Its why my last console was a nintendo 64, when i got a decent PC. Ive never bought another console since for myself. PC Master race.

The truth is that console is outdated hardware the day it comes out, they have to make games work for consoles even after years of technological advancement, which means they have to lower the quality or optimize as much as they can, or both in many cases.

This can hold back development because they have to take in account that the game has to run on consoles and pc, and you can't make consoles run faster, you can only make 2 standards, one for pc, with higher graphics etc.... and one for consoles with lower graphics, or the game standard is console, which is pretty bad.

You can make a pc much better then a console for slightly higher or equal price.

Didn't you know? It's quite normal and expected from one group or another, but mostly from one group.

I grew up in the arcade era with joysticks and big buttons so using a keyboard and mouse just doesn't feel, natural to me. Yes one can use a gamepad on pc but gaming on consoles is so much more convenient. Plug and go. No hardware upgrades needed for the entire gen, minimum hackers, minimum errors, minimum problems overall. Add-ons would I love, but consoles will have them soon enough and I don't need to see every blade of grass crispy clear to enjoy a game.

I take my ps4 with me every time I travel and within 5 minutes of checking in my hotel I'm up and running, no fuss no muss.

Your bias is showing! Consoles do NOT hold the game back. MMORPG designers realize that the best way to maximize profits and the longevity of the game is to ensure that as many people can play the game as possible; that INCLUDES ensuring that the game works for people with older and low-mid range PCs. If you designed an MMORPG that could only run on the highest of high end gaming PCs, you certainly wouldn’t have a “massively” multiplayer gamer base.

This. If you’ve played both the PC and console versions, you’ll find that the sheer amount if add-ones can strip a lot of the nuance out of the game. But, PC is more user-friendly and more casual, so the statement above is right on point.

Personally, I play many games on Steam, but play ESO on PS4. It’s a level playing field, I don’t have that tantalizing need for more add-ons that do, undoubtedly, significantly underwhelm achievements in the game. I see so many videos of guilds on PC running a trial, like vHoF for instance, and they’ll actually get a notification WHEN an enemy is taking aim and specifically at WHO. It’s mind blowing. How is there any fun in that?

I don't have an opinion for PC gameplay, as I have never had the opportunity to get into PC gaming, but I do play ESO on PS4 and Xbox.

I have had a better experience playing ESO on PS4 (not the pro version)

As of the last month or so, I mainly play on Xbox as I have no friends on ESO for PS4. I actually have no friends on PS4 period. From my experience on both consoles, playing ESO on my One X (as well as playing on the regular Xbox One) it seems to be more laggy, I guess I would say. Gameplay feels more fluid on PS4. I like playing on the Xbox, I also like the Xbox controller as well. But the experience (in my opinion) feels better on PS4.
