ZOS, can we add wild non-combat pets and mounts into the overland?

^this, to make the overland more vivid.
We have some of them for sure, but there are still many that are supposely in the wild land but not seen anywhere in the wild, especially horses (I don't recall any wild horses in the game)
for example brass mudcrab, bravil retriver, azura cliff strider for non-combat pets, and too many to name for mounts.
I hope we can set them free in their natural habitant, like mask bear in future Markath map etc
