I saw a few threads about which platform
Is better, and some people said something about “equality” of player numbers. As owner of both PS4 and PC versions, I can tell that these people are completely wrong, and PC population seems to be MUCH higher, especially in PvP.
I would like to see, what people around think about where gaming experience will be better. Pretty sure PC will be a winner because of addons, but still.

✭PS4Came from PC as an early beta tester.
There is no substitutute for a truly level playing field and throwing away the crutches of addons.
There are inconveniences, no doubt.
But it simply feels like a more expert version of the game because it is without amenities and everyone has exactly the same rig.
I’m an old PC guy going back decades so I’m not actually saying it is a more expert version, only how it feels to me having done both at length. The advantages of the PC are legion.

Funnily enough I play on PC and have no interest in using add-ons, but wouldn't dream of getting a console.1 -

illusiouk✭✭✭PCI play on Console, but even I know PC would offer a better experience, even if the difference is just Add-ons which can make it so much better. I've just done too much on console to start a fresh on PC. If they ever offer transfers I would move.0 -

Or do console gamers have a Bluetooth keyboard they use?

Yeah, you pop up a screen keyboard and use stick or arrows to navigate.

✭PCLol not surprised Xbox isnt on here the One X has better graphics that PS4 and Xbox Live is better than what Sony offers but with that said the Xbox community ruins the eso experience worst MMO community I've seen

mesmerizedish✭✭✭✭✭PCSince you can play without addons and use a controller, the console gameplay experience can be perfectly simulated on the PC, except with higher framerates. It doesn't really seem like a fair question.3 -

Actually I have a Razer Black Widow mechanical switch keyboard plugged into my PS4 via USB 3 port.
Also enjoy the instant built in guild chat with my HyperX headset with out having to fuss with a third party program and server.
While I do enjoy my addons when on my PC account, I really don't miss them that much when I am on the PS4.
Much more PvP action on the PS4, but more PvE action on the PC.
But this thread is going about as expected.

Stinkyremy✭✭✭✭✭PCI'm a PC beta player who picked the game up on PS4 in 2016 and I can objectively say that PC is better.
Disregarding visuals, add ons and better qol (like having the option not hiding visual effects from allies and enemies)
PS4 is a mess, a pretty crappy port, even doing something simple as bar swapping messes up and you mess up rotations or get 1 shot mid battle because the janky animations have you in the middle of a bar swap for 5 seconds.
i have a better social scene on PS4, but tbqh I would prefer a KB&M only text chat to voip all the time anyway.

If you look for convenience and you're not really competitive then definitely PC for all the add-ons which can help tell when to apply buffs, track your debuffs, where to stand in boss fights, better UI layout with add-ons, easier time lore book and sky shard hunting, 60fps, etc.4
