Old items coming back soon?

Recently I saw that there was speculation that zenimax might be bringing some old crown store costumes back relatively soon (after the sale).

Is there any evidence to support this theory or is it just speculation? I’d really like to see certain costumes come back because I didn’t have a chance to buy them. Is it likely or no?

It is likely since they often do this, but they will be in lol crates instead of being able to be sold separate.

For some reason ZOS very rarely bring things back to the store. If they return it's usually in crown crates.

But maybe they'll change that and start bringing some things back to the actual crown store, since I know a lot of people have asked for that.
