If it's a dungeon set, it is bound.

Well I hope it’s a lesson to not make that mistake a second time. Look on bright side though..... you can keep one ring with a different glyph just in case you ever need it! 
For future reference remember that if the regular drops for jewelry (purple/blue) are bind on pickup, these will be too.1 -
