Are "Introduction Quests" still doable after the content is released?

^This. As we all know there are many introduction quests (The shadow one for CCW, Mage stone one for Summerset etc) that are implemented into Tamriel before the actual dlc/chapter is released.
Are we still able to do it when the content is out?

✭✭✭✭Order of the Eye dispatch for the shadows, Alessio Gullian at taverns for the Morrowind introductory quest (Azura priests), and I imagine Varus will still be in local mages guilds for the Summerset introductory quest after the fact6

✭✭✭✭✭I was able to pick up the CWC intro quest just now on my Magicka Nightblade ... don’t know about the other ones though.1 -

✭If I remember correctly, the Morrowind quest you picked up in a tavern was a bit different than the current ones. I would image that the special quest in the CS will go away as well.0 -

hmmmm I can't seem to remember. But the quest start with ppl getting killed by their own shadow, quite different than the quest starter Fyr gave you0 -
