    No because it's not something you can "speed up" or "work towards" - unless you spend crowns for it. Sure there are other "silly achievements" in the game but that's not a reason for adding another one.

    You can buy motif books that grant achievements. You can fill your house with crown furnishings for achieves. I suppose you could argue those aren't really achievement either, but since they are, the mount training is basically the same thing.

    No, because it's not really an "achievement," and we have enough useless things popping up on-screen as it is.

    I mean, there is an achievement for learning all the racial styles, or for the rare styles, and for the extra-rare crafting styles... so why shouldn't there be one for horse mastery?

    Only do to Zos is not known for it's ability to retroactively give them to are toons
    even for things that already had a achievement - old dungeon Achievements vs new Dungeon trophies is a good example
    along with the new level up rewards like the motif and storage

    I second this. It's not an achievement.

    It's more of an achievement to log into the game 180 days and train a horse on each character than to swim into the ocean and die.

    For some people it -is- a struggle to find the time to log in daily. You know, the sort of people who actually have other things to do then play MMOs? Like earn money to pay for MMOs?

    An achievement, the possibility to choose the color of a mount that you're getting, or the option of picking the armor that the mount is wearing. Plenty of stuff that could be implemented.

    It's not a major thing though, I'd rather they implement better rewards for stuff that requires a bit of effort, like finishing group dungeons. They're already going to reward players just for logging in on a daily basis, which is what the mount upgrade is tied to in a way.

    Things that most people could go through if they were properly motivated should get better rewards. Normal/veteran dungeons should have some nice rewards, to convince even regular players to check them out.
