^This. I mean, the immersion level really is different depending on whether the protagonist has voice lines (and cut scene camera during conversation).
I would love to pay money for voice packs for different gender/race/temperament versions of our Vestige, be it official or unofficial.
With everyone holding a dozen mounts/pets, new crown store items of mount and pet doesn't seem to be that attractive anymore, so maybe this can be a new way for ZOS to get profit, and greatly benefits those who desire immersion as well?

Well, one, I have no interest in that whatsoever, even some of the grunts and groans my characters make while fighting, falling, etc. are off-putting, it's hard to tell how they'll sound when you're first making them... Plus, while I love hearing things spoken from the NPCs to figure out their tone, I like that through reading it, you can kind of interpret the tone to how you'd say it. In my case, mostly dry or sarcastically.
Two.... It doesn't really seem that profitable to me, you'd have to pay voice actors for all the lines in however many voices, races, genders, inflections, etc. And hope enough people like whichever one to make it worthwhile.
Also, cut scenes don't seem that immersive, I mean, it's not like you see yourself when you're talking IRL.2
