If you only gain enough xp everyday to clear enlightenment, you will probably be around 500 by halloween.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭"Double XP" is not anywhere near DOUBLE XP anyway, not if you gold out your Training gear and use Mythic Ambrosia.
Why? Because XP buffs are additive, not multiplicative. On my CP grinding build, the last Double XP event only accounted for 1/5 of my XP gains.

Though I agree, I have had 1 of my ults that up until recently, still had a 2016 xp buff on him (taking a new event xp buff just boosted the 2016 buff) and he got to level 30 just doing writs lol

A) Midyear Mayhem a PVP event for Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds. Of course its going to drop double AP rewards. Especially when lots of people like the Below Level 50 campaign so below XP would be counterproductive.
B.) Plenty of players use that double AP to get Alliance War skills they want or buy golden jewelry. Last year there were a ton of PVEers in Cyrodiil and it was awesome.
C) There's already 4 XP events (jesters, anniversary, Hollowjack, New Life). No, you dont need to take away the PVP festival AP to make it PVE oriented.Edited by VaranisArano on May 5, 2018 12:34PM5 -

Log in. Get the daily pledges. Queue for a random normal. Do some light questing while waiting. It will likely put you with someone who signed on for the daily. Reap the benefit of the boon xp and the pledge xp, which should gobble the enlightenment away. Then queue for the other two dailies on nounal, you can check mark more than one dungeon at a time. Pop a xp potion before turning them in. Then knock down more questing.
That should put you at the new cap before the next xp event, so you can use it to grind up another alt. And importantly, you won’t be burned out.Edited by Cryptical on May 5, 2018 1:57PMXbox NA1 -

In terms of the mean time, if you have a toon that's maxed in Provisioning and have the ingredients. Psijic Ambrosia can also help, especially when combined with Enlightenment.

There is a cap on how much XP bonus you can stack. I think its 150% or 185% or something like that. The event gave you 100% if you have ESO plus that gives you 10%. That leaves you 40-75% from other sources.Edited by Anotherone773 on May 5, 2018 3:02PM0 -
