Every year you guys run crown sales at 40% discount. This year you have made a decision to half this discount to 20%. For many people, this constitutes a huge decrease in crown store value.
Given that this is such a substantial change to your price/value traditions and given that this has attracted such negative reaction from your player base, would you not think it worth explaining the decision behind this abrupt shift in price point?
