Heavy attack bonus for Sergeant's Mail set
Sergeant's mail set says it adds roughly about 1600 bonus damage to light and heavy attacks. Does anybody know or has anybody tested if the Sergeant's Mail set adds the bonus damage to the base value of the heavy attack/light attacks before all the percentage modification such as Molten armaments and off balance 40% as well as physical weapons expert heavy attack CP bonus percentage? Or does it add the bonus after modifications rendering it ineffective.
Kind of like how to reduce block cost jewelries modify the base value before the percentage making it very effective.

Didn't that get patched out?
On topic, I believe Sgts modifies the base value, but only of fully charged heavies (NOT light attacks). Haven't tested in ages, though.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub1 -
Yes they did Nerf the reduce block cost.. Oh yes you're right I do remember the set reading only for fully charged heavy attacks but it would be nice to have some confirmation on if it's the base damage that is modified and if the sergeant sets additional damage even is affected by percentage modification such as Molten armaments and CP percentage buff and any others especially since Summerset patch is going to have heavy attack light attack changes it would be nice to know about this.0

Toast_STS✭✭✭✭Its heavy attack only. Yes it's base damage and with modifiers + off balance you can hit some big damage numbers for heavy attacks. Doesn't work with lightning staff anymore but it's ok on a 2 hand buildVR14 DK Leaps-in-keeps0
