I see alot of huge estates and giant properties but not very many little apartments or town like homes. Not everyone wants a giant place.. Maybe zos can make more little homes with some character or class.. Apartments would be great.

Little homes in the DLC zones would be amazing. I really want an apartment in Orsinium with a balcony overlooking the city. But I'm skeptical that wish will come true.

What I actually would like to see is an area with no actual house. Just a plot of land that you can either turn into a "camping ground" or some sort of park. Just something where instead of furnishing a house youre more focused on the land around it. I realized this is something I would probably buy after spending a great deal of time turning the Exorcised Coven Cottage from a barren hill to an overgrown grove. I spent far more time working on the area around the cottage than in it. So now the area resembles something reclaimed by nature than a place typically found in games.

Checkout the new Coldharbour Surreal Estate. That is exactly what it is.

For my part, I would love new, non-notable homes that are purchaseable with gold. The gigantasaurus manors priced for a million crowns are... cool, but it's nice to have more options for those of us with smaller wallets.

The amount of trees, rocks, huts, statues, etc; that I've shoved into the courtyard & beach of Hunding's Palatial Hall.... :D

    Yeah, landscaping is fun.

I have a little room in skywatch because i'm poor.. and it was cheap.

If you are in the market for a house my guild suggests to me the forest house as its a good size, and close to all the amenities and its cheap.

I like goldfolly in grahtwood, i'd buy that instantly because its a nice open area with a run down look it'd be awesome to do up..

There's a bridge in Wayrest. You don't need to pay any rent.

I like small houses because they're easier to decorate (for me). The large houses have too many rooms and too large. I think Cliffshade is just the right size, but it doesn't have an outside. I think I have more fun with exteriors.

MOAR small apartments would allow more free travel to your homes and make wayshrines (more) obsolete... So I don't think it will happen....
It would be nice to put my Bosmer side-elf up in a little place in Haven tho...

One of the screens shows a really nice small room. Brightly lit, with shelves, chests, and a bed. Looks tight and comfortable.

I can't find this house anywhere in the game and I want this house!

    Small, nice, and comfortable.

Moonmirth is okay, but.... about 2/3 larger than what I'd like.

please make a small "1 Room" "underground home"
for us thief rogue types and also:
please let it have a "hidden entrance"

    edit:
please do not let it be an apartment, i want to buy it, not rent it. and please for only 250,000 Gold or less would be perfect cause i am not a rich man.

    please do this.

i like the idea of a very small apartment that over looks busy walk ways of big cities, something you almost have a hard time finding the entrance to.. maybe 2 rooms inside but a great view in to the salty streets

Rather than more apartments in cities, I want medium sized homes on larger plots of land (with great views). The farm outside Fell's Run has a windmill and chickens and at least one cow and plots of gardening and, and! I'd love something but not sure how ZOS would implement due to invisible walls (so many of the houses in game could have stunning views that are instead blocked in with bulky walls).

I also quite like Strident Springs because it's imperial and has specific rooms but I loathe the dry, arid climate of Reaper's March. I need green!

I love my new Coldharbour estate, it's just a fantastic plot! What I would like to have is the same sort of "sandbox"-like plot in a smaller scale somewhere on Tamriel's mainland. And what really would make it pop if we could have some nice building materials (different wall/fence/roof, etc. elements and sections) so we didn't have to build from just planks, platforms, statue bases or hundreds of stone pieces which take up a lot of slots and still weird.
For example I'd spend a lot of in-game gold on those single Breton towers, ruined or whole, not the mention the castle wall pieces :)

Yep, that's the room. I'll look for this Inn tonight and check out the room.

I get the feeling, though, it's not as well lit in the picture, but I think I can make it work with an Arty Fishal Lighting system.
