Just something where instead of furnishing a house youre more focused on the land around it. I realized this is something I would probably buy after spending a great deal of time turning the Exorcised Coven Cottage from a barren hill to an overgrown grove. I spent far more time working on the area around the cottage than in it. So now the area resembles something reclaimed by nature than a place typically found in games.

One of the screens shows a really nice small room. Brightly lit, with shelves, chests, and a bed. Looks tight and comfortable.
I can't find this house anywhere in the game and I want this house!
Small, nice, and comfortable.
Moonmirth is okay, but.... about 2/3 larger than what I'd like.

Rather than more apartments in cities, I want medium sized homes on larger plots of land (with great views). The farm outside Fell's Run has a windmill and chickens and at least one cow and plots of gardening and, and! I'd love something but not sure how ZOS would implement due to invisible walls (so many of the houses in game could have stunning views that are instead blocked in with bulky walls).
I also quite like Strident Springs because it's imperial and has specific rooms but I loathe the dry, arid climate of Reaper's March. I need green!
