I received the initial response almost instantly, butve yet to receive a follow up response. I’ve sent one daily to keep my ticket alive.

Is this typical?

It’s about making a purchase too... sooo I would think it’d be important.

    Humm that's a bit long for a support response
    first time i used support was to undelete a old char took about 2 days
    second time was last week Friday made the ticket about 10-11ish at night
    was fixed by 04/28/2018 01:09 PM - date and time on the replay with the fix

    Maybe your editing of it is lowering the que ? if it works like that any way

    I didn't get a costume for one of the champion point achievements, took almost two weeks before anything was done. It's not as if I was trying to get over on them, just check out my account for the proof of the level, and know I cant have two of the same costume. The response is always instant, because of automation.

    They may be busy doing whatever it is that will apparently take two more weeks to get out those free crates, lol. As long as a month hasn't passed, they aren't ignoring you, but I would stay on top of them in the meantime.
