Wow nice. I'm gonna follow suit here and ask, what do you have settings at for this? Obviously some ini editing, but specifics would rock, I'd like to try them out.

As usual I find most shader tweaks to be too vibrant, although the saturation woks well with Summerset's lush environment better than other areas.

Still very nice FPS and you caught the video at the right time of day to be sure.

PS, I am colorblind so I don't know if the colors are way more overexposed than I see them .I made them to suit my eye vision.

The first video that's really made me want to ditch all of my year's of X1 play and completely start over on my PC.

Is this achievable by just having a nice rig, or are extensive mods required?

You need Decent CPU OC to at least 4.5 ghz to have stable FPS
And for the Graphics you need GTX 1080 /1080ti ( Must be Nvidia card cuz of the Nvidia Shaders are not supported by AMD) this is for 4k / Ultra setup with 60fps +

    My personal RIG is with i7740x @ 4.9GHZ / 1080ti / 16gb 3000MHZ DDR4 Ram

And no you don't need any mods , just the integrated addon in the Nvidia Gforce Experience panel from which u can tweak a various number of settings about most of the games.

You just need ReShade, use a profile that already looks close to what you want and adjust it a bit.

Use Votans Advanced Settings to get some extra nice stuff and enjoy (you do need a nice graphics card to keep up with all the shader effects tho).

Been playing like this for months now, it's really amazing.

Edit: ESO doesn't show as compatible in Nvidia Freestyle for me, that's why I suggested ReShade. If the Nvidia filters work for you, than it should be even easier than using ReShade.

That looks pretty awesome. I recently started running 4k but not as high of settings as you seem to have and it truly brought the game world to life with all of the colors and shading.

Shaders are 100% done by your GFX, you should be able to play 4K (either with DSR or native) + Nvidia Freestyle and dont have a single less FPS from what you get right now :P.

And just as mentioned in the PTS Forums by a dev, put the water reflections on Low, it uses A LOT of CPU time.

I dont get fps hit because my GPU is not maxed in most scenarios , however the GPU usage is increased with around 10% with the Nvidia shaders .

    This is generally correct.

I use an i5-4670k (so I can overclock it to 4.3GHZ), and a GTX 1060 6GB (also overclocked in memory and speed 1900/4000) and my GPU use at 1080 was always less than 50% in ESO.

So I went ahead and set DSR to 2160p. Now I am at or near 100% usage but haven't really lost any frames at all. Looks very pretty as the DSR is essentially brute force full screen AA on every pixel.

If you do go from 1080p to 2160p DSR, be sure to turn off any DSR smoothing in the NV control Panel, since with perfect 4:1 scaling no smoothness is needed.

Really?? I only saw 5 people who asked yesterday... "There are none so blind..."
Of course, your mileage may differ with those settings on a different rig...

In theory yes, but there is a bug with GFE where you get a "Game not supported" error, even when the game should work.

Solution for this was to delete everything NVIDIA related using DDU, manually download the latest drivers from the nvidia page and install everything from scratch. The bug was related to some settings that were being kept from old GFE Beta versions. Got it to work today.
