Is Invigorating a good trait for Werewolf builds?

As the title says, i'm debating about using this trait with a werewolf toon and see how it works out, but I am curious what the community thinks first. Would it be any good? is it something one will have to try to be sure?
Hoping for more playable races.

Xoelarasizerer✭✭✭NoIf Werewolf Stamina DD in PVE, the WW heavy attacks are strong and resource regaining enough to be chained into wolfy's skills (roaring and poison clawing.)
Also no real need for magic regain since in that scenario it's only going to be the free "heal me and buff my attack" button. If Stamina DD based, Werewolf follows the same rules for PVE, boost up your damage and stamina. Infused on head, chest, legs. Divine on the rest.Edited by Xoelarasizerer on May 1, 2018 5:12PM0 -

Just trying to think outside the box, plus I felt that, unlike most normal builds, werewolf could benefit from all 3 stat increases.Hoping for more playable races.

Jimmy_The_Fixer✭✭✭✭✭NoIn organized pve, you're gonna have a healer, so the mana regen and the health regeneration are fully worthless, so invigorating is just giving you 9 stam regen (it's 9 right? I'm not sure)
In overworld solo pve? Go ham, do what feels fun, nothing is gonna stop you from completing quests even if you're not minmaxing.
In pvp invigorating is the worst, there aren't many sources of crit resistance and impenetrable gear is absolutely necessary, especially since werewolf is a glass cannon. Do not use invig for pvp.1 -
de_naaimachineSoul ShrivenYesI'd say in PvP, where werewolves are at their best, invigorating might be something you'd want to throw in your mix of impen and well fitted. The heavies are easy to dodge so I wouldn't say recovery is outclassed by heavy attacks.0
