Does Innate Axiom get major buffs?

Hello all, haven't been able to find a solid answer to this from browsing. If you pop for example rally, does the 20% bonus apply to the 400 weapon damage from innate axiom? I know it won't show on tool tip, but does it apply to damage? I'm also assuming the set is actually fixed lol.

Yea I could see the mag dk or nb being decent applications. I was considering for a magplar, but I don't use/prefer class ultis so not worth what I lose there.0 -

The added wpn/spell dmg from axiom will not appear on your character sheet but is infact buffed by the major buffs0
