They adjusted drop rates for vvardenfell, clockwork city and summerset.
furniture plans will more likely be drop based on that region.
I just paid 250k for hlaalu bookcase orderly, bet that drops in price now.
but maybe we can finally get more hlaalu, redorn ect. from morrowind area

✭✭Interesting! I was out shopping for MW plans this weekend and now have just 10 purples left to purchase. One of them is the bookcase. I shopped every zone yesterday and only saw one bookcase for 400K and another for 275K. I guess you got the one at 250K (assuming you're XB NA).
That's great that they improved the drop rate- they really should have done that sooner. But, I still don't fancy farming the tombs in Vvardenfell for a slightly better drop rate. However, this should be beneficial for Summerset, in that presumably, the drop rate will be much better at launch than it was for MW.0 -
