In the last two months, I've been able to log in and play normally one time (one time I was able to play with no problems for a couple of hours). My wife shares the same router with me (wired) and she has had no issues. The type of things that are happening are really bad lag - to the point where it will boot me off the game, animations get messed up - and when I use my bow - it's my dagger instead, and when I log in sometimes all my buttons (preset buttons) are erased. Also, today I was unable to log in to the game at all (and wife, she was able to log in... no problem).

So what type of issue does this sound like? Can this be a router issue (wired Ethernet connection, very fast speed) even though my wife is able to log in and play normally? Is this a PC issue? Where there could be something wrong with my PC?

I've had no major issues with ESO, and I've played the game since beta. Only minor glitches have occurred, although those minor glitches still happen because I have been unable to receive any support for them (such as, my items don't stack on my character properly, I have sound glitches in my game occur regularly - but only on certain characters - which happen to characters who are not my mains).

This is my first time posting on here, to receive help - for game glitches. Any advice and help is much appreciated ... Thank you!
