Most of the crafted sets actually. I would say a vast majority of the crafted sets category needs a revamp/buff

Ladislao✭✭✭✭✭otherI would say that in comparison with all sets, Morkuldin is just above the middle. It can do decent damage to the solo target, creating a constant pressure. So if you want to buff Morkuldin, it must be minor buff.
P.S. I am very upset by the fact that such topics are almost always created about sets that are generally relatively good but not meta. When was the last time you saw the topic "buff Galerion's Revenge"?
