Can there be a system LIKE Undaunted keys to reduce spam?

Undaunted are dungeon delvers. That's literally what they do. To give undaunted keys for PvP would be downright sacrilege. You've got your golden vendor, wait for him or run the dungeons.

Not exactly my point. I dont' want them to drop Undaunted Keys, it is more that those messages are mostly spam in my mail box and i would love to see a solution that does not include mail.

PvP'ers get AP to buy gear or siege or motifs, etc. RftW provide mostly trash as well as transmute gems.
PvE'ers get keys for gear as well as getting gear from the content. The gear is mostly trash and so is the quantity of transmute gems.

You can kinda exchange AP for undaunted gear once per week. Sure you don't have any choice in the gear but the jewelry is gold and the helm/shoulder comes without having to run the dungeon. I know it's not exactly what you're asking for, but it's really not that bad.

I was in emp's group in Shor the other night and kept getting gold geodes in my rewards. Ended up with 44 crystals in about 4 hours. I though they only dropped in the first rewards but they just kept coming. Maybe cause I was in emp's group, or just insane RNG.

The first one is guaranteed. The rest are RNG but drop fairly often in my experience.

Well, initially the alliances experimented with Guar delivered rewards. However, the guar seem predisposed to eating the containers, so now they simply mail them to you.

I think I get what you're saying now. The mails are almost spam, especially if you do a few hours or more of PvP at a time. If you're suggesting the mails be removed and instead perhaps add a new type of currency like a key every 20k AP that unlocks a pvp box that you can open at your convenience, then that's a decent idea. No mails necessary. The same loot from RftW could just be added to a chest at your gates and you spend your accumulated "keys" to open the box when you have time.

I'm actually okay with RotW coming in the mail, because they stack up there and not in my inventory.

But I definitely agree with the OP that I get spammed with them and its kind of annoying. At best, I decon the gear for the alliance style mats and waste the gold geodes transmuting random stuff (I play on the 30 day campaigns so I, uh, don't lack for transmute stones.)

I mean, it's not too bad as it is. What annoys me the most is that the ESO Postman can't visit you while in combat - I tend to forget that I've got RftW messages after about 5-ish minutes, so they can accumulate; then again, after a Keep capture, it's quite easy to spend about a minute trawling through your Mail, opening the Crates, and selling 90% of the junk your Alliance Warlord so generously gives you...

Then again, I like the idea of there being a new form of currency that unlocks a PvP Chest - I think that there's a lot of potential with that idea.

I like having them in the mail, it means more space in my inventory for siege weapons

Plus they're rewarded after a certain amount of AP is earned your your way would require constant running to home base and inventory management... I'd rather spend more time playing n not have to worry about my inventory

Yeah, the idea of keys instead of rewards casks is nice... just... that actually brings me back to the idea that it would be very nice if our Undaunted keys were also counted as a currency. I mean, it could lead to currency bloat, but there's a few things which might be better managed as a currency.

Also, I'd kinda wonder what you'd do with alliance war keys to differentiate them from AP at that point.

For many there is no quest giver..you get it from the boards.
And boards don't hand out rewards..no hands

Devs are smart. They want to clog up your inbox so that you will purchase eso+. My inbox is so clogged with rewards of the worthy and crafting materials it's become a nightmare to manage my inventory.

I knew immediately what you meant and I totally agree. The mail spam can get to be a bit much, although a lot of it is nice, the gameplay isn't like PvE where you expect to get all those loots. Sifting through inventory is bad enough in this game, but add to it a mail problem. I've got maxed out inventory, bank, coffer, storage boxes and I'm still wishing I had more space. One might say its easy enough but it isn't really when you're working on different builds on 15 characters.

Rewards for the worthy can't stack in inventory, right? Keys stack. Spam in mail is much better than spam in inventory.

And how would it get into your inventory anyway? Do you want to be in the middle of the fight and have a dialog window pop up offering you to accept your rewards of the worthy? Nothing enters our inventory with accepting it, whether by finishing a quest, grabbing email attachments, pulling from bank, etc. Mail is the best approach. It is available immediately if you want without any additional effort, or it can be left there for a while.

You get keys by completing a quest. Do you want to have to go somewhere to redeem all your rewards of the worthy like a quest?

I usually wait till I the newest thing in my inbox is 2 months old and then I will waste an hour or two cleaning it out. Any improvement for this system would be most appreciated.

The rewards for cyro are annoying. I don't like to leave mail sitting around, I open them all on another character, the geode inventory is driving me crazy I'm going to have to delete them. Geodes should be tradable, bankable, and stackable. As is they're becoming disposable.

It's exactly this.
And I guess the daily rewards that are coming with Summerset on log in, will fill our inventories up even more even with bound things (potions and other items) that you look at them displeased to destroy because "could be useful"; every festival adds up more and more. It's becoming get eso+ and all the storage coffers fast or GTFO.

I'm destroying a lot nowadays and I have eso+, tired to fight with inventories.

This, undaunted is quests you cash in, AP is score for PvP actions. Your kills or actions group action, offensive and defensive ticks. worse you can get multiple mails during an fight if doing plenty of solo kills.
Would be hard for game to keep track on boxes you received, that if you crashed and the game forgot how many you had earned?

i think trials should give you keys tough...they are essentially also big dungeons....i'd include a trial in either a daily pledge or simply add keys to the weekly quest...

I prefer it. As then you can open on other toons to Decon / store the crystal containers. It's alot better in mail.
