Have you met anyone yet that gets the true reference?

Sadly no... He's a little stray who just showed up at my door and invited himself in and started stealing sweetrolls. (Well no, I actually put food down for him, but that's what it reminded me of.) Then I found out he's got Feline Leukemia and Toxoplasmosis, so he's now an indoor-only cat, much to his dismay. Poor little guy... he's doing well, though. And since I work from home, we don't get out much to talk about him.
Cool story: He was sick and I followed him around the house leaving two kitty crunchies wherever he sat, in hopes he'd eat a little. That's what prompted the trip to the vet and where I learned how sick he was. So after some medication and fluids, he was pretty much back to normal. But then I had the flu, and one morning I looked over there were two kitty crunchies next to my pillow. I guess he thought that's what you're supposed to do for sick people. Is that the sweetest thing ever, or what?
