SkillzMFG✭✭✭✭Depends on type of vampireThere are some types of vampirism that turn you into a mindless bloodthirsty monster, while other types let you keep a part of your 'humanity'.
If I was affected by the vampirism from ESO I think I would enjoy it as long as I don't get to be around fire all the time. The similar case would be if I became a Vampire Lord, that would be the best case scenario IMO.
However...
If I was to turn into one of the savage vampires from Morrowind I would just go straight to a lava pool and end my pitiful existence.2 -
