I just complete the Dark Mane quest chain gotten the new mane ordained but now I am stuck; after the ceremony I talked to everyone next to last I talked to Raz he tells me to talk to Queen so I do she says I have a message for you but will not drop the breadcrumb quest to carry on the chain can someone plz help me out? I got all wrapped up in the story and am disappointed I can carry it forward any clues would be a help. Thank You All!

✭✭✭✭✭If you are done with the Reapers March questline, it sounds like Queen Ayrenn is trying to give you Messages Across Tamriel. http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Messages_Across_Tamriel_(Dominion)
Possible issues with the quest are that you might have already done it if you've already completed the main questline or done it to get to Coldharbor.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭They changed the next quest to be at the end of the main quest given at the Harborage. It would have led into the quest Message Across Tamriel that gives access to Coldharbour. It now just stops there with a large cliffhanger.1
