So......not meant to be a rant, but I think its gunna be...

How much for this house!!? I'm in UK and its will cost £74.00 for a crown pack to buy it......£74.00!!

That's more than I spend on food in two weeks! Each to their own. But was so looking forward to buying this, but I cannot justify it at all.

If it was slightly cheaper surely more would buy it??hence make more money.....exact same thing as the extra outfit slots.

13.000 crowns unfurnished - that would be 85 Euro if you would buy a 14.000 crown pack for it.
Even more if you would want the Sithis statue for 3.500 crowns.

I wanted to buy both up until I just logged in and saw the prices - in my opinion it's just a straight up rip off.
Even if we had unlimited furnishing space and could customize furniture like in Wildstar, this would still be way over the top.

ZOS should really start to adjust their prices onto a realistic level, that reflects the value you're paying for it.
    Otherwise it's just whale hunting.

    And you're surprised?!

That's cheaper than a lot of the rest of them. How much Linchal, again? 18k or something.

Everyone wants something for free :|

£74? Yeah it looks cool but I wouldn't even pay £7.40!

Some people buy this stuff for what exactly? Role-playing on their own in an MMO?

No one has stated they wanted it for free....

If it was a little bit cheaper then it would be a go.

Why do you care why people buy this stuff? Some of us like it. Is it really any more stupid than spending 100 bucks to go to a ballgame or a concert?

If you wouldn't pay £8, this content was not released with you in mind. Not everything ESO releases neads to be geared to you specifically.

Is it more expensive than it should be? Probably. But I still got it because I personally greatly enjoy housing in ESO and I can afford it.

Also - why do you think everyone in ESO roleplays by themself?

It's always interesting when people insult other people over A ) having money available to spend, and B ) what they spend their money on. As people have noted before, these things are cheaper than going to a concert, a night or two of drinking, etc... and what do you have to show for them long-term, nothing. Here, we will always have these items- as long as the servers continue. I have had friends who would spend well over $100 on a night of partying, or budget $800 just for 'eating out' for a month. So I don't really consider the things in this game, which give weeks, months or years worth of entertainment, to be excessive. If you want something, then you find the means to pay for it- as in forgoing one thing to buy another, work overtime, save for what might come along in the future, etc.

Same, ever since I saw these beauties datamined, I've been saving my crowns for them. And today I finally could go all out. <3

I'm fairly accepting that I'll likely never buy these expensive time-limited crown-only houses. I don't find the design of them good enough to warrant the price, except the Princely Palace but that was already designed for the game.

Good luck to those buying them, but even if I were a millionaire I'd still find the prices over the top.

I skipped on this house, because it truly doesn’t compare to the other 2 notable homes I own (Linchal Grand Manor and Grand Topal Hideaway). I had a feeling that it wouldn’t measure up, but aye. I at least bought that lavish furniture pack. That stuff is definitely worth it.

Same! The statue looks ridiculously badass in the new sanctuary home!

I don't see the point of making them limited time. ZOS does not want your crown a month or a year later?

No crown crates and this is what happens. Zo$ simply isn’t willing to create a middle ground. You either buy nothing or fork up an arm or leg for something you want. At least now with clown crates there’s a quarter of a percent chance that if we spent 8 bucks we might get a radiant apex.
