Inventory limits

I'm finding myself having to go back to the bank to drop off all the stuff I have collected every 30 mins in the game. Its really spoiling my enjoyment of the game. I can barely follow a quest line without having to go unload my inventory and now even my bank is full and I'm a long way from being able to afford more inventory or bank space. The cost of bag space needs to be lowered or the inv limit increased.

Actually the amount of bag slots we have for relatively new characters is really unusual for an MMO. We have a lot!

Like Rift, start off with like 10 slots.

I'm sure once you level up, there will be more opportunities for more bag space.

You're usually best off to keep common materials (raw ore/logs/fibers, many raw food items) in inventory rather than putting them in the bank since you'll be picking up more of them as you go, and that just results in you having two stacks occupying two slots instead of one.

If you pick everything up from baskets, crates etc, yes, your bag will be full pretty quick . Manage a bit what you're picking up and you'll be fine. There are some stuff i'm sure you don't need that you can just sell or trow them away .

the first upgrade is only 400g and you have 70 slots. is 70 not enough for you? it really is unusual to have so many spaces and i feel the price is decent for the first upgrade...the second is a little nuts though. but it is good for game economy.

i agree, if you collect things that stack, keep those in your bag, other things like rune stones you can't use yet put in the bank. or, like me, i keep all my rune stones in the bank and take them out when i am crafting. if you collect everything in the game, including bait and every bit of food, yeah then there is a problem. if you cook, only collect ingredients for the food you make that you use the most. the highest level stuff. same for potions. don't be a hoarder, you don't need every bottle and loaf of bread or plump worm you find. XD

also check that all your like items are stacking in your bag. sometimes they don't for whatever reason. like if someone gives you something (IE leather scraps, runes, flowers...) sometimes they go into your bag in a whole separate stack, taking up two spaces and you have to manually stack them together.

I believe you can craft using items in you bank. Doesn't that include runes?

can you use items in bank when crafting? i know i can in Star Wars....but i haven't tried it here. i figured since it is so unrealistic they wouldn't implement it! lol i suppose i should try that out.

    Yes, it includes runes.

I don't think the second or third upgrades are nuts in terms of price. I'm only level 19 and have upgraded my inventory 3 times and + 3 slots with mount upgrades. I currently have 93 slots and still have close to 12k gold. There has to be a money sink somewhere!

most of my money goes into crafting. i don't sell anything because it all needs to be deconstructed by me or my buddies. but soon i will have the set bonus from Chill Camp and selling those outfits should net me a pretty penny. :) like i said, i like the price because it is good for economy, but starting out where i need everything and have nothing to sell....it is rough. i like it that way!
