Are the Unlocked skins in the Outfit Station account wide or locked to character ?

Look account wide for use in the outfit station. Motif only craftable by the character who learned it.

Motifs are account wide to create outfits but outfits are character only.

It still needs some tweaks though.

If I hide my shoulders in my outfit my actual armor shoulders shouldn't show up. this would open up so many more Outfits. I do think they should reduce it to maybe 4 items can be hidden minus the helm so 5 total. Don't need fully naked people running around everywhere.

I love the outfit system too. Against my better judgment at first, I purchased an extra outfit slot for my main character, but I've found I don't regret it.
