PC-EU Game boots me to login 50% of the time when changing zones, entering dungeons, etc

My ping is on the high side though 350 - 450 but I've run WinMTR over 1 min to 195.122.154.1 and there were 0 packet loss
And it ONLY happens at login, character loading or when changing zones, anything with a loading screen. The loading screen does get stuck for a long time though sometimes so very long that I have to end task

SathuDuwa✭✭✭Found out that it's due to packet loss. Not sure whether it's my ISP fault or not but here's some stats that I took when the game was booting me
