Retake Kings of the Grotto quest

I had some issue to get Kings of the Grotto to update, so I deleted the quest, and was going to retake it. But I have looked everywhere, but can't fine it again.
Where does the quest start? And is it even posible to retake a quest you previous abandoned.

vadianSoul ShrivenFungal Grotto Dungeon? If it's that, you can get the quest at the beginning of the dungeon. Just walk in and talk to the NPC.1
