    Easy fix: finish it.
    Never see it again after

that's incredibly boring across multiple characters. Especially when one is just a tank setup.

How is Cadwell’s existing any different than having the main quest existing before you finish the main quest?

This just seems like a nonissue.

Not to mention it was, and should be, important to the story of the game. I still think it’s ridiculous that the scene of us becoming the vestige is now just a side-story to much less interesting dlc storyline starts, that easily could’ve been attached to the original tutorial

Disagree here, sorry. Cadwell's Silver and Gold have never been important to the story of the game. The main quest begins when you get your soul stolen and ends when you get it back.

I distinctly remember reading somewhere that Silver and Gold were added in late based on beta feedback from people who only run one character and didn't want to create alts to play the other alliance stories. Problem is, the convenience for single character players is an inconvenience for people with alts who have no interest in doing this stuff, especially more than once.

They just need to increase the number of quests we can have in the quest journal. The number is pitifully low now.

It's not about the journal filling up, at least not for me. I've never had a full journal.

It's about having this on my screen at all times when I don't have any other quests.

You could simply not pick up the main quest and not lose your soul :P

I still maintain that the reasons behind asking for this are ..... lacking. You can hide the HUD quest tracker. You just cant hide the main quest from the journal UI - which you only see when you open it up, AND which is collapsed to start off..... I mean, as much as I'm nitpicking on the topic, this entire thing is nitpicking on the game, and that's OK, just pointing out that so far the *only* argument has been that for some, it bugs them being reminded they have not completed silver/gold.

I mean if the argument was that silver and gold is useless because the entire thing already has all relevant quests entered in the quest log as you pick them up and that silver and gold only need the very starting pointer to the said relevant zone and that the quest should complete the moment you pick up the 1st quest of the relevant arcs, that would already be better.
Or you know... any other developed line...

You can hide the HUD quest tracker.

So then I have to remember to re-enable it if I pick up new quests in, say, Summerset.

Yes, that's my problem and I am not ashamed or embarrassed to say so. It annoys me and I want to bring attention to it in the hope of getting a QoL fix for it.

I also maintain that it would be, in the grand scheme of things, trivial to change and that it would take little appreciable developer time away from fixing "important" bugs.
