Maintenance for the week of May 13:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – May 14, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
I have Mistveil Manor, I just grab my writs in town, port to the house to make them, and then head back into town to drop them off, takes me about three minutes total.

I use Ample Domicile in Shadowfen. It's just a quick ride over to the boards and crafting stations, the only station that you have to go through a door for is provisioning (unlike Flaming Nix), there's a bank right by the stations with an Outlaws Refuge right behind it, and a wayshrine and stable right by the turn in for the writs. What I typically do is port to Ample, do my writs and turn them in, get my riding lesson from the stablemaster, then go to the Outlaw Refuge to sell any ornate drops to the merchant there, hit up the Shadowy Supplier, and drop stuff in my bank. Super quick and convenient.
Edit: I also have Flaming Nix, but the only thing I use that for is a free port for master writ turn ins. Having tried both Mournhold and Stormhold, I prefer Stormhold.
Captain Margaux's House in Daggerfall is close to pick-up, but the other end of town from drop-off. But by the time you've worked through all the crafting stations, you're getting close to it. Since you can port straight back home after drop-off, it's the right way round.
