,
I was criticized that Soloing the Possessed Mantikora trial boss while using pets isn't really a solo.
While I disagree I have decided to publish a video of soloing the Possessed Mantikora without pets.(additional video).
Bonus video: Lightning Storm Atronach trial boss Solo(I didn't use pets)
I plan to publish more videos in the future, when I have time.

1)Soloed the Trial Boss Possessed Mantikora on Normal mode at Sanctum Ophidia(*I didn't use pets this time) *This is the harder boss of the 2 bosses(videos shown here).

Very well done, though I must say I am of the opinion that it's still solo with pets...

Now its time for the real endgame (PvP)
Where you cant rely on your infernal guardian and destro ulti to do the dps while you are spamming rolldodges instead of just simple block which is way more cheaper by the way ^^.

Honestly, why not just take things like this for what they are: at the very minimum an impressive feat of perseverance and most likely also a feat of skill?

What's wrong with this world that no one just appreciates other people's accomplishments?

On normal any class can probably solo it. Isn't too hard tbh

Yes I believe it's still solo with pets too.
But a large number of players believed otherwise so I have decided to publish a video of soloing without pets to show
I can do it without pets.

I agree it’s impressive however the real elephant in the room is can any other classes do this? If not the class needs some nerfs

I tried it a few times.
I'm not sure if I can but it is most likely possible since I was able to survive for some time but I'm not experienced enough as a stamina Nightblade to accomplish it as of now(my main's class is sorcerer).
Maybe someday when I will be better playing as a Nightblade.

There is no such thing as best class.
I soloed the Possessed Mantikura without shield stacking(no Harness Magicka or Dampen Magic* -Light armor abilities, available to all) or pets and some of the abilities I used other classes have access too: Rapid Regeneration & Healing Ward(Restoration staff skill line), Elemental Drain & Elemental Rage(Destruction staff skill line) and Ice Comet(Mages guild skill line).
It just requires a very experienced Nightblade/Dragonknight/Warden/Templar to accomplish it.
There's no reason to nerf an entire class because of a few players solo encounters.

Okay, because of your comment I decided to spend 15 minutes and show you that everyone can solo Manti on normal and it's not even hard.
I soloed her several minutes ago on my second try on magblade, because at first try I forgot to equip resto staff lol.

It took me roughly 10 minutes only.

It's still pretty cool that you've done it and I'm happy with you

but you will get my awesome @Universe if you will solo Zhaj'hassa, like @Vaoh did.

Very good job

I wasn't criticizing the previous video with pets though, was just pointing out pets are like running with bad pugs. I do have to say I enjoy solo videos so much more without pets though, in my view pets are a crutch and I wish ZOS wouldnt put them in skill lines(they could always rent them as hirelings or something) since they eat up so many potential real skills. I will say that solo-ing this on a sorc without pets is MORE difficult than solo-ing it on a non-pet class because of those lost potential skills

It just requires a very experienced Nightblade/Dragonknight/Warden/Templar to accomplish it.
There's no reason to nerf an entire class because of a few players solo encounters.

I wouldn't call soloing the Mantikura easy and not everyone can do it since I can count the players who did it on one hand and I also defeated the Mantikura on my second attempt.
I run a sustain build and thus the longer period of time to defeat the boss.
A tip: It is not respectful to share your own videos in someone else discussion.
But congrats for the solo run

Soloing the Mantikura without pets was slightly more difficult, it has taken me about 44 more seconds to defeat the boss without the pets compared to the shorter fight with pets.
In future videos I will try to not use them at all, especially when fighting a boss.

hey, if pets disqualified something from being Solo, they wouldn't conjure when you summon them in Main Quest instances and Maelstrom Arena.

we both know that's silly. but that you made playstyle changes to conquer the goalpost-moving haters is fully admirable. congratulations!

I still believe that fighting a boss with pets is a solo encounter but I have decided to not use pets since a large number of players believe otherwise(to show I can do it without pets).
It is also slightly more difficult without pets.
