You want Something like 8-12k penetration. The resistance cap is 32.5k, I think, but few people are hitting that. LA and MA - without buffs or sets - are sitting around ~12k resistances. That means when you hit people that are built for damage, you hit them hard. When you hit tanky players, you shave off 1/3 to 1/2 of their resistance. With surprise attack, a NB has major fracture on spam, so you can build for the remaining penetration through other choices. Fracture poisons, CP, maces, etc etc.
For stam you'll want 32-35k max stam. It'll be higher if you're doing something like a Redguard with bone pirate.
For crit rate, if you build for damage you'll tend to sit around I think 35-40%. I prefer to be at 50-60% buffed, but I play Khajiit so that's easier for me. Your crit rate is a factor, but high base damage tends to push that aside in importance because high base damage just makes things easier, since health pools aren't all that big to begin with.
You'll also want anywhere from 1500-2200 stam regen, depending on how you play it.

Ah yes the stam regen. Shes a wood elf so the regen is supposw to be easier on her. But when ive seen screenshots of peoples stats on PC it seems like they have everything without giving up anything. I dont understand how they hit the stats they have wearing things like shacklebreaker ect.
Or even how they get anywhere near 2200 stam regen while wearing all weapon dmg enchants on their jewelry. Ive got like 45 cp into mooncalf so far and all regen stats on jewelry and off the top of my head I think I have 1200 stam regen.
Theres no cp star that gives straight stamina so I dont know how people reach 35k stam. Thats why Im getting Draugr hulk set to try to hit 30k stam. How much more stam would purple quality give over blue I wonder.
