Had a question about something I noticed on both PS4 and Xbox

Anyone else ever run into a huge, random group of sorcerers that seemed to be in lightning form, or something all casting sells? They all have very, very similar names and there is always tons of them. They don't go anywhere, they all stay in the same place and are usually there for hours.
I have seen this both on PS4 and on Xbox. I wanted to know what this was all about. They don't seem to interact with any outside person either.

at this point I just don't even care any more, reporting them is the right thing but they'll just more more alts.

The answer is you shouldn't, let ZOS take some responsibility and actually have in game 'game masters' (who are extinct on console) do their part.
Bots also make the price of wax cheaper for everyone.not a bot but I think outside the box
